University Outreach and Engagement CasebookFor my case study project, mt team and I developed a comprehensive strategic casebook focused on improving engagement and inclusion for College Credit Plus (CCP) students in campus activities and programs. Through extensive primary and secondary research, I assessed the needs and experiences of CCP students, identifying key areas for improvement. I created strategic communication plans that included event promotion, social media strategies, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. Additionally, I designed marketing materials and social media content that aligned with the university’s brand strategy and messaging. My recommendations were presented to university stakeholders, showcasing my research, writing, and strategic planning skills. Collaborating with my team, I helped develop innovative programs such as CCP Information Nights and Day in the Life campus visits, aimed at enhancing the overall integration and experience of CCP students.
